flagcounter

This is a simple flag counter thing I made by lobotomizing my guestbook, I have also stolen some code from moe-counter and added it in this repository because they way moe-counter works is simple +1 each request instead of saving IPs and counting unique IPs which I fucking hate, so I lobotomized his shit and hooked it into my flag counter.
